Return Policy – PAUZR

14-day right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Let us know within those 14 days by emailing info@pauzrbrand.com with your order number. Then send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. Please pack them carefully so they arrive back undamaged.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by you. We will send you our return address after you contact us.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund goes to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Every PAUZR piece is printed to order, so we don’t do direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order in the right size.

Damaged or misprinted?
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost.
