We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with all tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- sale items
- gift cards
- personalized or custom-made products
- personal care items
- perishable goods
- hazardous materials
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
