Orders & shipping

When will my order arrive?
Every Pauzr piece is printed to order in Europe. We process your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days in the Netherlands and 6–12 business days in the rest of the EU.

Why made to order?
We only print what is ordered. No overstock, no piles of unsold shirts. It takes a few days longer, but it's better for the planet and every shirt is made just for you.

What does shipping cost?
€4.95 per order. Shipping is free on orders from €75.

Where do you ship?
To the Netherlands and all EU countries.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Because we print to order, changes are only possible before your shirt goes into production.

Fit & sizing

How do the tees fit?
Regular unisex fit: true to size, not oversized, not tight. Take your usual size for a clean fit, or size up for a more relaxed look.

Where can I find the size chart?
On every product page under "Size & fit", with chest width, length and sleeve per size (XS–3XL). Tip: lay your favourite tee flat and compare.

Materials & care

What are the tees made of?
100% organic combed ring-spun cotton, 180 g/m². Soft, breathable and made to last.

How do I wash my tee?
Wash inside out at 30°C, don't tumble dry, and iron inside out, not on the print. Washing cooler and air-drying keeps the print sharp and the fit right for longer.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Read our return policy for all details.

Can I exchange for another size?
Because every piece is printed to order, we don't do direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order in the right size.

My item arrived damaged or with a print error. What now?
Sorry about that. Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no extra cost.
